Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of quotation. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, additional work required, or changes in scope requested by the customer.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Appointments and Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to attend appointments at the agreed time. However, due to the nature of our work, including emergency callouts, appointments may occasionally run behind schedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept:

For larger installations, we may require a deposit before commencing work. The deposit amount and terms will be outlined in your quote.

Warranties

Products supplied by us carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms, conditions, and claim procedures are determined by the manufacturer. We can assist you with warranty claims for products we have installed.

Warranty Exclusions

• Damage caused by third parties or unauthorised modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by power surges, water quality issues, or other external factors
• Consumable items such as anode rods

Limitation of Liability
